Service Description

This is a 45-minute mama and baby dance class geared towards parents and caregivers of babies 0-9 months old. It is designed to create community for adult participants while fostering connection with their babies through dance and movement. Babies should be worn; the class is low impact to ensure comfort for both adult and baby while still having a great time. The class playlist is set to upbeat music geared for the adults to get up dancing and having fun. All levels welcome.
