Service Description
Join us for this family-friendly, open yoga (all ages/levels welcome, including babies and toddlers) with this slow-paced practice to end your week and prepare for the week ahead. This class focuses on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility with all levels in mind. What better way to end the week than with this meditative approach to yoga helps cultivate awareness of one’s inner stillness. Sibling/family member add-on can be used for members of the same family over 4 years old (those under 4 AND sharing a mat with a paid adult are free of charge).
